Hello family and friends. Thought we would start this us so you could see some of the progress of our farm. We have 57 acres of raw land that we own in part with my hubby's mom and dad. So far we have about 4 acres somewhat cleared for a homesite and we are working on our first gardens. Just a little background on us-
Will and Beverly were married on April 17th, 2003. Will adopted Bevs daughter Katie when they were married. So far we have been blessed with Richard "Card" in 2004 and Arabella "Bell" in 2006. So right now we have Katie-8 yoa, Card 23 months, and Bell 6 months. We have 5 dogs- Lilly, Ralph, Peter, Cyoat, and Ginger, but we are in the process of weeding out a couple of them. Peter and Cyoat will be moving in with another family sometime this week.
Back to the kiddoes- Katie will be starting 3rd grade this fall and is very excited. She is reading books faster than we can check them out at the library. Right now her favorite auther is Beverly Cleary. Card is wanting to do "school" like his big sister so we have him some school books too. He is also learning his "baby signing" and is doing a great job with it. Bell is trying to crawl! I cannot imagine her crawling around already. It seems like she was just born! Well, I believe that is a good start. We will upload more pictures as we have time too.
