1 cup cashews
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup agave (or honey)
some grated lemon rind
Process cashews in food processor until they are fine. Add everything else and mix thoroughly. Place by spoonful on dehydrator sheet. About 105 overnight.
These are AWESOME!!
